    Workshops and Lunch and Learns provide a fun, edgy, energy-boosting break to a typical day while giving you a deeper dive into the tools, tips and techniques that help amplify your work and life.

    Time: 60-120 minutes
    Includes: all content is customizable, and could include: 

    • Yoga and/or yoga-inspired movement
    • Guided meditations
    • Breathing techniques
    • Nutrition and body/mind optimization
    • Ongoing wellness plan designed to meet your goals and amplify your work 
    • Facilitated group discussion

    1 on 1 Sessions

    Good for any and everybody that is serious about establishing a regular practice + gaining benefits like added clarity, focus and productivity. This is not for wimps. 

    We'll meet with you to get clear on your goals, visions and intentions. Then, we'll establish realistic parameters: ie, How much time do you have to dedicate to this practice? 

    From that, we'll design a personalized wellness plan and daily practice that fits into your schedule and help you achieve your goals.  

    Time: 30 - 60 minutes
    Includes: each session is personalized to meet the individual need, and could include: 

    • Establishing goals and goal tracking
    • Discussion and practice of a variety of tools and techniques, which could include meditation, movement, sound and/or breath work
    • Delivery of a personalized, written plan
    • Ongoing email support

    Logistics: On-site: in a conference room or similar space // Digital: laptop or computer with Skype or Zoom software
    How many: 1 person at a time
